At Snibbs, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your long shifts; if you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your footwear within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn shoes in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
